Sid Roth, the host of a show called It’s Supernatural and guy obsessed with how God is fixing his clogged toilet, said last Thursday that people voting for Joe Biden would be judged by God… before offering his personal assessment of Donald Trump.
Which is to say, depending on how tonight goes, this post could be even more amusing in 24 hours.
“I believe, No. 1, [Trump] will be a two-term president,” Roth said. “I believe, No. 2, he’ll even get some Nobel Peace Prizes. I believe, No. 3, that his legacy will be one of the great presidents of the United States. And I also believe that that warmth that I saw in him will shine greater and greater, as he has the following: a major encounter with God himself.”

“A vote for President Trump is a vote for America to be great and blessed by God,” Roth continued. “A vote for the Democratic Party is a vote for the sin of child sacrifice. And someone might say, ‘Well, I mean, I don’t like this whole abortion thing, but I just can’t stand President Trump.’ No, no, no, look at that one issue. A vote for Biden is a vote for child sacrifice that you will get credit for when you get to Heaven, if you get to Heaven.”
Roth fails to acknowledge how more than 230,000 people have died from COVID due to Trump’s negligence. The QAnon-level fiction he’s referring to doesn’t exist, but children are worse off under Republican rule. Hell, they can’t even go to school in-person right now because Republicans couldn’t get the pandemic under control.
The threat of Hell, too, isn’t all that scary given how we’ve been living there the past four years. If this is supposed to make me rethink my Biden vote, it’s not working.
