Speaking to FOX News Radio host Todd Starnes earlier this week, right-wing Pastor Robert Jeffress explained that Democrats who claimed to be Christian didn’t actually worship the Christian God. Nope. They worshiped the demon-god Moloch.
All this, because House Speaker Nancy Pelosi told people to pray for America and the president… which you would think they’d support.
“That reminds me of an arsonist, a pyromaniac with a match in his hand about to set a building on fire, saying, ‘Now pray with me that the destruction I’m about to cause isn’t too severe,’” Jeffress fumed. “If Nancy Pelosi is sincere about bringing this nation together, she will drop this impeachment effort.”
“We just assume they’re praying to God,” Starnes added. “I’m not quite sure.”
“Apparently the god they worship is the pagan god of the Old Testament, Moloch, who allowed for child sacrifice,” Jeffress answered. “The God of the Bible doesn’t sanction the killing of millions and millions of children in the womb. I think the god they are worshiping is the god of their own imagination.”
Jeffress needs to make up his damn mind. He can’t say Democrats are both godless and worshiping a demon-god.
In any case, if these two are so upset about “child sacrifice,” then maybe they should express some sympathy for the refugee children who’ve been stripped away from their parents as part of this administration’s cruel immigration agenda — or died outright.
They won’t do that. They worship hypocrisy and power. The children they pretend to care about are nothing more than pawns.
