Another article about how the American Cancer Society rejected the idea of the Foundation Beyond Belief’s nontheistic National Relay For Life teams. (Thanks, Greta Christina!) Sure, there are plenty of things we all spend money on that could go to starving children… it’s not like Christians are the only ones guilty of this. But it’s hard to ignore how much excess is in some of these churches, especially when pastors constantly preach against materialism and greed.
