Pastor Who Blamed COVID on People Who “Committed Fornication” Dies of COVID

End Times preacher Irvin Baxter has died of COVID.

His ministry announced on Tuesday that the 75-year-old Baxter was hospitalized last week and quickly succumbed to the disease.

The brief note doesn’t mention how he may have caught the virus, but we all know he never took it seriously. That’s because, in late March, he appeared on Jim Bakker‘s show and attempted to explain why God gave us COVID: Fornication among unmarried couples.

7.5 million couples. That means 15 million people, that are living together unmarried. And that’s increased over the last 10 years by 138%. Now, in addition to that — I hope this research is not correct, but I got it straight from the encyclopedia — it says that 5% of new brides in America now are virgins. That means 95% have already committed fornication!

Now, God says… “Do not be deceived. God is not mocked. No fornicator, no adulterer, nor effeminate, nor abuser of themselves of mankind, nor extortioner, nor drunkard. None of these shall inherit the kingdom of God.”

If we think we can just ignore God and live a sinful lifestyle, well, we cannot do it. You know, I believe in what you’re saying, that God may be using this as a wake-up call. This coronavirus may be a privilege, because I’ll tell you right now, there’s a much bigger judgment coming.

It’s in the Bible.

Got that, everyone? Baxter died because you couldn’t wait to say “I do” before taking your pants off. You better feel very, very bad about yourselves. The sad thing is that I would prefer he remain alive because no one should be dying of COVID, but unfortunately, Baxter’s preferred political party refused to do what we needed to control the spread of the virus.

Here’s some solace for him, though. He died on the day of the election. If Joe Biden wins, at least that means Baxter won’t be around to witness what he believed would be Satan’s victory.
