If there’s one thing you can say about right-wing pastor E.W. Jackson, it’s that he’s consistent.
On his radio program earlier this week, he attacked Democrats for being the party of “the devil.” It wasn’t the only disturbing thing he said. On Friday, Jackson used a particularly moldy old schtick he’s used in the past by claiming Democrats would murder conservatives if they could get away with it.
“We really are at a political disadvantage in dealing with the left,” Jackson added. “You know why? Because they have no morals and we answer to God. That puts us at a political disadvantage because it means that they will do anything and we will not. They will lie, steal, cheat, deceive, I dare say commit murder if they think they can get away with it.”
Yes, the same people mocked for being vegans, hating guns, and being hippies are apparently the same people who would commit acts of genocide. Makes perfect sense…
It’s not even the first time he’s said something like this.
The reason for his recent meltdown was that he was catching heat for savaging billionaire liberal George Soros as “evil” and “demon-possessed.” He took the criticism as an attempt to shut him up. And if liberals could shut him up, what will they do next? Murder. Obviously.
It’s also rich that Jackson worries about liberals who might lie, steal, cheat, and deceive when Donald Trump has no problem doing all of those things and it’s the basic business model for FOX News.
Jackson added that liberals reject “absolute morality,” leading to their moral relativism (and potential for genocide). But if accepting that framework turns you into a Christian like Jackson, it’s not a very good sales pitch.
