A Friday night flight from Turkey to Gatwick (England) was delayed due to three Muslim men wearing white prayer shawls who harassed people on board.
I’m just kidding. Those men did nothing wrong. The delayed were the result of two racist white women who said those men were “terrorists” and a “threat” to everyone’s safety and tried to get them kicked off the plane.
The other passengers weren’t having it. When one of the women was told she needed to leave and grabbed her bag from the overhead compartment, the passengers eagerly yelled right back at her, calling her things like “crazy racist.” (That’s it? Too kind.)
I’m trying to get the full footage but just in case this blows before I attach it & explain it all,
this is the main woman that was attempting to get the men removed from the plane & screamed abuse at us & other passengers. pic.twitter.com/IWLQYEaV1K

The airline eventually released this statement:
Two passengers on flight MT105 from Dalaman to Manchester were removed from the aircraft by police following offensive behavior on board.
The safety of our customers and crew is always our first priority and we do not accept this kind of behavior on our aircraft. We are sorry to our customers for the delay this caused to their flight.
They handled it properly by removing the women. (I’m not sure what alternative they had.) What we still don’t know is how those women got home; I’m hoping the airline didn’t just rebook them on a different flight and instead told them to figure it out for themselves.
