Don Boys is the former Indiana legislator who thinks homosexuality is a crime worth a twelve-year jail sentence, that it’s not really rape unless the victim screams, and that Pete Buttigieg shouldn’t be president because gay men live 20 years less than “for normal people.”
And he wants reporters to start asking Buttigieg real questions.
In an article that proves, once again, that Christian fundamentalists think about gay sex far more than gay men, Boys thinks reporters should really start asking Buttigieg about the issues that truly matter to Americans.
Will Pete assure the voters that there is no possibility of blackmail i.e., pictures of him in a very compromising position?
Since homosexuals are seven times more likely to use illegal drugs, will Pete repudiate their illegal drug use to heighten sexual pleasure, and will he demand prosecution for those who use illegal drugs?
Since many homosexuals have a urine and feces fetish bringing them into contact with numerous lethal bugs, will Pete repudiate that unhealthy practice to save lives? And possibly save the health care system from bankruptcy?
Since homosexuals live shorter lives because of illegal drugs, abusive sexual practices, etc., will Pete assure the voters that he will not participate in any sexual practice that might limit his ability to serve his term if elected?
This is the hate-fueled conservative Christian mindset for you: Boys thinks repudiating a sexual fetish (that’s more closely linked to Donald Trump than any Democrat) would somehow save the health care system. And that a man in a monogamous relationship is more of a threat to the office than the guy who doesn’t use a condom when he’s have an affair with a porn star or sexually assaulting numerous other women. And that a gay man needs to be asked about his bedroom habits while every straight candidate gets a free pass.
And then, just to change the subject for a moment, Boys wants Buttigieg to assure the nation that he won’t just appoint other gay people to prominent cabinet positions “the way many homosexuals do.”
If Pete is elected president of the USA, will he respond the way many homosexuals do by giving priority to homosexuals in his appointments? Any chance of any Fundamentalists like me getting a top cabinet position? I would be willing to accept Secretary of Education or Secretary of Energy and would have either one totally disbanded in 60 days. Would sure help reduce the deficit.
I’m ignoring the last part of that Rick Perry-level idiocy. Boys doesn’t seem to care (or know) that Trump has surrounded himself with conservative Christians for virtually every prominent cabinet position and judicial nominees. Or maybe that’s okay. But if a President Buttigieg somehow nominated even one other qualified gay person to a top level position, that would be so unfair.
Boys is what you get when you know you hate gay people but you don’t have the brainpower to explain why.
