A new campaign video posted by New York Governor Andrew Cuomo notes that the NRA is in a financial crisis in part due to regulations put in place by his administration.
To which Cuomo responds, “I’m tired of hearing the politicians say we’ll remember them in our thoughts and prayers. If the NRA goes away, I’ll remember the NRA in my thoughts and prayers.”
Cuomo isn’t alone. A lot of people tweeted their own thoughts and prayers for the NRA — it’s literally the least they could do.
Don't send money……thoughts and prayers should suffice. https://t.co/uYIWvgK8CD

Some people have speculated that the NRA is just pretending to be in dire straits in order to raise more money. But barring that, the gun safety crowd may finally have the momentum on their side.
