This Neat Experiment Shows Why Bouncing Tic Tacs Seem to Defy Physics

Imagine letting a bouncy ball drop from a certain height. Every time it bounces, the ball won’t go up as high as before. Obviously. But when it comes to Tic Tacs, that’s not the case. Sometimes, the candies bounce higher than before.

How and why does that happen? And is it possible for a Tic Tac to bounce higher than you initially dropped it from? And doesn’t all that defy physics?!
