Can’t We Just Have a Serious Talk About Islam?

The Atheist Pig takes the sensible approach when it comes to discussing Islam. Which is to say he’s not the Trump administration and he’s not Ben Affleck.

You can see the full strip right here. And to be clear, this “center” position doesn’t call for the condemnation of all Muslims for the crimes of a handful. They deserve the freedom to practice their faith and believe whatever they’d like. The issue is whether we can have an honest conversation about religious dogma and admit that holy books aren’t always packed full of wisdom. If we can’t criticize religion, we’ll fall victim to it.
