Brian Dalton (a.k.a. Mr. Deity) offers his take on God’s Not Dead 2.
(Spoiler: He’s not a fan.)
He makes a great point that, at the end of the movie, the filmmakers include a list of actual court cases that supposedly show Christian persecution… yet, the movie uses a purely fictional case as the basis for the story.
Why is that? Could it be that the cases offered by the filmmakers don’t show real persecution? Could it be that they are almost all cases involving Christian business owners depriving employees of comprehensive health care and discriminating against LGBT customers?
They’re not the persecuted ones. They’re the ones doing the persecuting.
