Foundation Beyond Belief Announces Q1 2014 Slate of Charities

The Foundation Beyond Belief has just announced its five beneficiaries for the new quarter — each charity will likely receive several thousands of dollars, courtesy of atheist donors:

POVERTY & HEALTH: American Foundation for Suicide Prevention

HUMAN RIGHTS: Ali Forney Center

CHALLENGE THE GAP: Child-Friendly Faith Project

EDUCATION: Safe Passage

THE NATURAL WORLD: 350.org

SMALL GRANTS: Women’s Leadership Project and Leo Igwe Research Project

Once again, I’m giving the largest portion of my contributions this quarter to the Challenge the Gap nominee!

I don’t believe in boasting about or disclosing my charity donations. I believe it is a private matter.
