8 Parenting Tips for God

The video below, part of The Atheist Voice series, discusses eight parenting tips for God — we had some fun with this one in case you can’t tell:

The video was inspired by this post by Michael Sherlock. (Also, Canadians, you know I love you!)

We’d love to hear your thoughts on the project — more videos will be posted soon — and we’d also appreciate your suggestions as to which questions we ought to tackle next!

Well, you know, it’s really tough to be a single parent. He’s got to do it all by Himself and all; and well, with so many of us around, it’s even worse than usual.

(No disrespect intended to ACTUAL single parents out there, by the way.)

  • Of course, I think many social conservatives would disagree with some of these tips, but that’s less a religious issue.

God all alone? He’s three in one, like triplicate girl (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luornu_Durgo) with three persons in one God. Although I always thought they should have added one more person to the Godhead so that when they finally got the kids to bed, the four of them could have relaxed and played bridge.

You mean a loving parent shouldn’t condemn his children to an eternity of torture for their very first mistake when they are “as children.” Hmmm. Interesting.
