Secular Coalition for America Unveils Websites for State Chapters

Over the past year, the Secular Coalition for America has been working on expanding into all 50 states — all the better to track state and local issues. A number of chapters have already been created, and today marks the unveiling of websites for every state in the union:

… the sites are not only a place to find chapter information, chapter meeting recordings, news, resources and local secular events. The state chapter sites are a community where you can network and organize not only with secular activists in your state, but others throughout the country.

If you haven’t done so already, you should register so you can keep up to date on how your legislators are tearing down the wall of separation between church and state and learn what you can do to help stop it.

Some of the states’ sites are pretty bare-bones, but that’ll change in time. The first step is just getting people signed up. It only took me a couple minutes from start to finish, so you have no excuses — go do it!
