I Wrote Another Book! (Kind of.)

Several months ago, I had some conversations with the folks at Hyperink. They publish books, some from scratch and others from previously published content.

We talked about putting together some of my favorites posts from the past several years, organized around a few common themes, into a collection. I was hesitant at first, but when I saw that they had also put out books by Robert Scoble and Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, I jumped on board pretty quickly.

After several months of back-and-forth curating, editing, and formatting the posts, the collection is finally available for purchase (in Kindle, iPad, Nook, and PDF formats)!

You can also read my introduction to the collection here.

So why would you buy a book full of material you can already find freely on this site? Maybe you’re a newer reader. Maybe the format is more appealing to you than what you normally see on this site. Maybe you’d like to read only about certain kinds of issues that matter to me — In this book, I focus on politics, LGBT issues, religion in public schools, and how atheists (contrary to popular belief) can be good people.

Unlike other books I’ve written, this one was something of an experiment. I have no idea if people will be interested in it, but I think it’s far more important to put a finished product out there and just see what happens. I’m proud of this collection and the staff at Hyperink deserves a lot of credit for turning the posts into a beautiful final product.

***Update***: The book is also available at Barnes & Noble.
