The Secular Student Alliance Facebook page is getting a boost today after student leader Kenny Flagg posted this image:

If you don’t already Like them, you should!

And if you were thinking about giving a donation, there’s no better time to do it. SSA member Ron Verstappen is offering a $20,000 matching grant!

    I’d be there in a heartbeat if I weren’t anti-FB.  You’ve got my “like” in spirit, so to speak.

  • Whats the ratio in each group of actual students to “other” people liking it because they support it. My first thought is that I am not a student and should there fore not like it as that would be disingenuous.

    That’s a good point, but I’m sure that the CCC/Cru page has thousands of likes from non-students. I don’t think it’s disingenuous at all.

    Some people might have joined one of those groups simply to heckle members who support them. Those folks skew the numbers.

    I closed my Facebook account months ago (now using Google +, the “better Facebook”) but I’ll open it again long enough to vote for SSA!
