If you’re in New York City, you can get your dose of atheism and comedy at The PIT Saturday night!

It features:

Jared Logan (Comedy Central’s Live At Gotham)
Ross Hyzer (Aspen Comedy Festival)
Jamie Kilstein (BBC, Comedy Central)

Hosted By John Knefel (The Huffington Post)
With a video by Mike Drucker (The Onion, McSweeney’s)

Tickets are $8.

If I were in NYC this Saturday, I’d go.

If anyone wants to buy my plane ticket so I can attend, let’s chat.

Until that happens, my plans include speaking to MENSA members in Chicago! Woo!

    I never did understand the point of religious fiction.

    As a librarian, I cannot condone the humorous act of putting bibles in the religious fiction section. They are cataloged as non-fiction… right along with greek, norse, and roman mythology 😛

    If anyone is going to be in the Edmonton area in November, check out Jesus in Montana: Adventures in a Doomsday Cult. It’s a hilarious one man show about a man who hears that Jesus has risen again in Montana, based on Barry’s actual experiences. I saw it at the Vancouver Fringe Festival in 2006.
