GOP Candidate Who Slammed “Manophobic Hell-Bent Feminist She-Devils” Loses Race

Courtland Sykes, a Republican candidate for U.S. Senate from Missouri, has lost his race.

Badly.

That means the guy who responded to a question about women’s rights by insisting women should stay home and make dinner so their daughters don’t grow up to become “nail-biting manophobic hell-bent feminist she devils who shriek” will not be in Congress this November.

Sykes had posted that very response on Facebook earlier this year.

… I want to come home to a home cooked dinner at six every night, one that she fixes and one that I expect one day to have daughters learn to fix after they become traditional homemakers and family wives…

[Radical feminists made up a definition of modern womanhood] to suit their own nasty, snake-filled heads…

… I don’t want [my daughters to] grow up into career obsessed banshees who forego home life and children and the happiness of family to become nail-biting manophobic hell-bent feminist she devils who shriek from the top of a thousand tall buildings they are think they could have leaped over in a single bound — had men not “suppressing them.” It’s just nuts…

“Just nuts” was a good encapsulation of his candidacy.

It appears that his misogynistic mindset didn’t resonate with GOP voters since he only earned about 2% of the votes tonight.

That said, he also found more than 13,000 Republican voters who felt he was the best man to represent their interests in Washington. Yikes…

On a brighter note, because Attorney General Josh Hawley won the primary and he has plenty of problems of his own, there’s a good chance Sen. Claire McCaskill could win this race. That would mean a woman crushed a field of candidates including a man who doesn’t think women belong in the workplace at all.

That would be sweet justice.
